How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data collected through our WhatsApp API and digital marketing channels using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Via WhatsApp

1. Open your WhatsApp chat with the 2care Medical Complex official number.

2. Send the message: “DELETE MY DATA”

3. Our support team will acknowledge your request and initiate the deletion process for your chat history and marketing profile within our CRM system.

Method 2: Via Email

1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at: [Insert Email Address, e.g., privacy@2care-clinic.com]

2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

3. Include the phone number you used to communicate with us on WhatsApp, along with your full name.

Method 3: In-Person You may also visit our reception desk at 2care Medical Complex in Riyadh to submit a formal data deletion request in person.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will take the following actions within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days]:

• Removal of Communication Data: We will delete your chat history, profile name, and phone number from our active WhatsApp API inbox and marketing databases (e.g., ActiveCampaign or other connected CRMs).

• Opt-Out: You will be permanently unsubscribed from any future promotional or automated WhatsApp messages, unless you explicitly opt-in again.

Important Exception: Medical Records Retention

Please be aware that 2care Medical Complex is a licensed healthcare provider. While we will delete your digital communication and marketing data, we are legally obligated by the Saudi Ministry of Health to retain official medical records, appointment histories, and billing information for a mandatory statutory period. This health-related data is stored securely in our internal Health Information System and cannot be deleted upon request if it violates local healthcare regulations.
